These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ProposalAI website and application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This document is a template provided for convenience and should be reviewed and tailored by qualified legal counsel before you rely on it.

ProposalAI helps consultants and engineers turn client inquiries into draft proposals using AI. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all output before relying on or delivering it.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for any users you invite to your organization.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor.
• Plan quotas (such as proposals per month) apply as described on our pricing page and reset each billing period.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the proposals you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output is not professional engineering, legal, or financial advice and must be independently reviewed by qualified professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProposalAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
