What exactly is free for 30 days?
All of it. Pick Starter or Pro, enter a card, and you get 10 proposals with every feature unlocked — your own past work, your letterhead, PDF and Word export. Nothing is charged until day 30, and cancelling before then costs you nothing.
What if I use all 10 before the 30 days are up?
Then you've seen what it does. Start your plan early from Settings and the full monthly allowance unlocks immediately — you're not left waiting out the rest of the trial.
Does The Proposal Maker decide my fee?
No. You enter the fee for every proposal; the document is written around it. The AI never invents a price, a scope you didn't confirm, or terms you don't have on file.
Who owns the proposals it writes?
You do, entirely. Export any proposal as PDF or Word and use it however you like, whether or not you stay subscribed.
What can I paste in?
Plain text, forwarded email threads, .msg and .eml files, Word documents, and photos or scans of plans. If a client sent it to you, it's probably usable as-is.
Will it work for my discipline?
It's built for firms that write fee proposals: structural, civil, MEP, geotechnical, forensic, and similar consultancies. Because it learns from your documents, it writes whatever your firm writes.
What does setup involve?
