What happens after my 3 free proposals?
Your account stays open and everything you uploaded stays put. To keep generating, upgrade to Starter or Pro from the billing page. There's no time limit on the trial.
Does ProposalAI decide my fee?
No. You enter the fee for every proposal; the document is written around it. The AI never invents a price, a scope you didn't confirm, or terms you don't have on file.
Who owns the proposals it writes?
You do, entirely. Export any proposal as PDF or Word and use it however you like, whether or not you stay subscribed.
What can I paste in?
Plain text, forwarded email threads, .msg and .eml files, Word documents, and photos or scans of plans. If a client sent it to you, it's probably usable as-is.
Will it work for my discipline?
